information based on John Henry® catalog designs. This information
is provided for local funeral directors who order for the family,
and for the convenience of the family members of a loved one who has
passed on.
The picture resolutions in
this area are much higher than pictures in our online products
catalog. Staelgraeve Flowers recommens viewing tribute catalog pages on a broadband
or DSL connection. Dial-up connections will be rather slow.
The online version of the Floral Remembrance catalog is priced the same as the catalog available for viewing at Rupp Funeral Home
in Monroe, MI. In
the event of any pricing discrepancy between our online catalog and
the published catalog, Staelgraeve Flowers will always honor the lowest published

the 1930's, when Victor and Helena Staelgraeve established North Monroe

Currently, the
John Henry Floral
Remembrance Catalog is available for online viewing. Click on any of the
page numbers in the table on the left hand side of this page to view the
page as it appears in the Catalog. To order an
item in the FR catalog, give us a call at 734-242-3114. Scripts are always
free, and delivery is no charge in Monroe County. Delivery to Toledo or
Sylvania is also no charge for "family work" over $100.00.
If there is an item offered by Teleflora™,
FTD®, AFS, Pro Flowers™, or any other
florist or wire service company that you would like us to offer a competing
quote on, call or email us with link to the photo of that item, and we will be happy to offer a quote on our version of the
floral item. We will beat any legitimate published price (including
delivery) offered by any competing Monroe florist.

If you
have not ordered directly from us before, please read carefully the following:

As always, we will beat any
legitimate delivered price on any floral item offered by any
other local retail florist in our delivery area. This applies to any
generic or commonly described type of floral design using fresh cut
flowers available at open market prices at all area wholesale
distributors. Since we're independent florists, we cannot
offer "exact" quotes on floral designs that specify trademarked
flower varieties, accessories, containers, or other items offered
exclusively by floral wire service companies such as
(but not limited to) FTD®,
Teleflora™, Proflowers™, or 1-800-Flowers.com®, but will be more than
happy to offer pricing on comparable items.

All quoted prices are based
on the actual associated pictures, and flower varieties and quantities as they appear
in those pictures.
We try our best to duplicate the arrangement as shown, but flower
availability and designer style will be factors in the final look of any
item. When we find it necessary to substitute, we use flowers of equal
or greater value than shown.
The ordering
of casket sprays and other flowers for the funeral service is a personal and
unique type of flower ordering. As such, we do not currently offer online
ordering. This is so we may speak with you, and get a good sense of exactly
what you're looking for. We also must contend with time considerations necessary to ensure delivery for
visitation. Please call Staelgraeve Flowers directly at 734-242-3114 or 734-856-5006 if you
would like to order family flowers. Your funeral director may also call us,
if they provide such service. Some in the area do, and others do not.
We at Staelgraeve Flowers understand that this is a sad and difficult time. You deserve to be treated with honesty and respect. Our prices reflect
our unique method of doing business, and our wish is that you will find comfort
in knowing you received exceptionally good value at this most difficult time. We do not view this time as an opportunity
to charge a premium for flowers, and we will do everything we can to ensure
that you
receive the highest quality flowers at the best delivered price.
